Welcome to our Careers Page
My name is Ms Eudene Griffith and I am the Lead Careers, PSHE and Trust Mentor for Titan St George’s and Titan Aston Academy. I have a passion for success and progression in everything I do. I aim to encourage all students to share the same desire to grow and develop their personal development skills and career aspirations while attending Titan Academy. Our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance plan is designed to support all students to achieve their desired progression routes whether it be College, Higher Education, Training or Employment. I support students to make informed decisions with their Post 16 progression choices to achieve their dream jobs in the future.
We believe Titan students should have the opportunity to first-class Careers guidance. Our programme is designed around the eight Gatsby Benchmarks that provide us with a clear Careers strategy. Students attend a Careers session each week where they learn about employability skills and are presented with up to date labour market information. The sessions are ran in a classroom setting allowing students to hold classroom discussions on their career plans and aspirations. Students are also provided with an option to meet with the Careers lead to review and discuss their plans from post 16 transition options. The Careers sessions cover a range of topics to support students to understand more about themselves, to make an independent choice between education, training or employment, to know what employer are looking for when recruiting and to prepare them to make the best plan for their future.

Working the Birmingham Careers Hub.
The Birmingham Careers Hub support over 120 secondary schools and colleges across Greater Birmingham to deliver world class careers development so that every young person in Birmingham can achieve relevant, positive and sustainable destinations when they leave school. We are delighted to work with our very own Enterprise Coordinator Antoe Walters from The Careers Hub. Antoe has a wealth of experience and is also passionate to support our students at Titan Education Trust.
Antoe Walters, Enterprise Coordinator at Birmingham Careers Hub
Antoe Walters works as an Enterprise Coordinator with the Birmingham Careers Hub and The Careers and Enterprise Company, supporting our school with their careers programmes and helping to connect schools and businesses. He holds degrees in Psychology and Science, as well as a counselling certificate, and has worked across a range of industries, including the NHS, local authority councils, and recruitment.
He is passionate about helping our students achieve their full potential.
