Representatives of their local authority, the education services, Social Services or Health Authority formally refer young people to Titan Aston Academy.
Initial contact is made to the school through the Head or a Senior Manager/Teacher of the school. A meeting of all parties concerned is convened to agree a plan of action for the commencement of the school placement.
Local authority staff, social workers, parents and prospective pupils are welcome to visit the school prior to any formal referral being made, during the referral process and subsequent placement.
All visits are made by prior arrangement with the Head Teacher and parents/stakeholders are provided with details of our Child Protection Policy on request.
